Bibber, Charles J.//Medal of Honor

Thought I would put this up here too even though many of you may already know this.
Charles J. Bibber received the Medal of Honor for his service on the USS Agawam during the Civil War. He was a Gunner's Mate in the US Navy. born in 1838 in Harpwell, ME (even though other sources say Portland, I believe it was Harpswell.
He is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, MA. The Agawam was a sidewheeled gunboat that was built in Portland, ME by a George Lawrence and launched on April 21, 1863. There is a terrific story about this if you visit the site and then scroll down to Charles J. Bibber and click on the word Agawam.
