Yes I know it seems impossible to 'prove' any of this since James Bibber's Jersey Isle birth or life doesn't seem to exist. I have only found 3 other names that could have been possible 'other' spellings of Bibber and that is 2 men who sailed on the ship "Two Brothers" in Sept. of 1751 from Rotterdam to PA Michel Bieber and Henrich Bieber. Then much later a Niclaus Vebert age 18 and a laborer sailed on the RMS Abyssinia June 10, 1871 from Liverpool to NY. However it goes on to say that he was from France, it didn't say he was born there though.
So I too keep the search alive. I only put out what I have in hopes that other's will come along and give corrections or have better knowledge so that we may All learn the real history of our ancestors. Thank you for your offer of help. I will send anything your way that I may come across in my searches too.
