Sabrina, Clark, I hope you don't mind me jumping in. I thought I would share with Sabrina information on Fural Perry Coe and his family from "The Coe Families of Maryland and Virginia (Columbus, OH: 2002)." Below please find a biography from page 440 of the above book. 90. FURAL PERRY6 COE (John Adams5 (36), Presley4, William3, Richard2, Richard1) was born December 5, 1843, in Jackson County, VA. A member of Johnson's Company, Jackson County Militia (Union), during the Civil War, he enlisted July 20, 1863, at Hemlock, WV. Before 1880 he moved to Nicholas County, where he leased 275 acres on Cranberry Ridge in 1900. In 1919 he leased 345 acres of the Spencer Tract. In 1920 he purchased lot 7, plat 3, in Richwood. He died of leakage of the heart December 3, 1922. Burial was at Powers Cemetery, Cranberry Ridge, Webster County, WV. He married April 2, 1880, in Nicholas County, WV, Mariah Louise Goff, born April 23, 1860, in Ritchie County, VA, died of cancer August 18, 1933, in the Beaver District of Nicholas County. He was the father of children (i) by Sarah Crout and (ii) by Sedna McKelvey. Children (i - iii b. in Jackson County, WV; iv - xi b. in Nicholas County, WV): i. HENRY IRVIN, b. Feb. 5, 1871. ii. John, b. Nov. 10, 1871. iii. JOHN HOLLY, b. Jan. 17, 1877. iv. Mary E. ``Molly,'' b. Dec. 24, 1880. v. GEORGE THOMAS, b. Oct. 2, 1882. vi. Susan A., b. Feb. 18, 1884. vii. CLAY CLAYTON, b. Dec. 11, 1885. viii. Eunis ``Una,'' b. Sept. 20, 1887; m. Nov. 19, 1905, in Nicholas Co., WV, Samuel A. Smith, b. 1874 in Lewis Co., WV, son of William and Mary Smith; lived at Spokane, WA. Children: David, lived in Spokane, WA; Clarence, lived in Colorado Springs, CO; Harvey, lived in California. ix. ORRIS WILLIAM, b. April 25, 1889. x.ORA FUCCI, b. May 12, 1899, at Richwood, WV. xi.
