I have just obtained a letter from our family records. it is written by James B. Hughes' daughter Emily in 1928. She said that her
father James B. Hughes' middle name stood for Bibb. he was named after uncle James Bibb of Cumberland, possibly Prince
Edward County, Virginia in the early to mid 1800's.

Does anyone have information on a James Bibb in Prince Edward or Cumberland Counties, Virginia.
