I do not have this book. I was able to borrow it and type up all the info in it. If I understand it right there was a later Bibb genealogy on the Barnes & Noble book site. You might try there.
I'm not sure what info I gave you before so the following might be a repeat.

(father was a Hebrew and a loyal Rev. soldier)
Located first in Monroe, N>C. about 1815 or 1817, then to Union Springs, Bullock Co.,AL

m. Mattie Twitty
m. Annie Dryden (a widow)

m. 1888 Margaret Stegall
Since Wm. Lilly died in 1912 I would assume his death was recorded and it would give the name of his parents. You might try tracking that down.
I wish I could be more help but I am no longer able to work with genealogy.
