I have no further information on Elsby Leon Bibb. I have one brother for him, and that is Vernan Calvin Bibb.. Their parents were Elsby Bibb b.Sept. 7, 1908, d.June 17, 1976 and Cleopatrick Hicks Bibb, b.Nov. 4, 1906, d.Beb. 27, 1976. they were married May 22, 1926. I don't have any information on where they were born or died but feel it must be in the Lynchburg area since Elsby visited my mother.
