THIS Robert Fleming Bibb [as there were several] was the son of [Robert] Fleming Bibb of Caroline County, VA.

I have considerable info re: this line of Bibbs as I am descended from the same general line....actually, this RFB was the grandson of David Bibb and his first wife, Mary Chandler...David's sister Elenor married Capt. Thomas Burruss, and they were my 5th [?] great-grandparents...so we must be cousins !

I'll be glad to help if I can....I MAY have a copy of Fleming Bibb's will. He was married twice, and I will need to check my file before I can tell you who the mother of your RFB was.

I'd appreciate info re: your line, if you will share it.
