Hi,
There is a St. Mary's Women and Infant's Center which was established in 1874 connected to St. Margaret's Maternity Hospital (now closed) in Dorchester (part of Boston). St. Mary's is still open and has a web site
http://www.smwic.org. I couldn't find anything on the Marcella Home. Good luck, Eileen
