Hi sue,i dont know if this is any help to you,you seem to have a better idea of the grinsell origin than i do and hopefully it is the same tree we"re talking about!! i'm a younger generation grinsell living in south kilkenny as have my mam and her parents and their parents before them,past that i'm not sure but it wouldnt be impossible to clarify! i would be very interested in any information you have on the family as there was up until recently an edward,john,thomas and hannah who could have taken their names from the ones that you mentioned.looking forward to hearing from you, gary grinsell.
