World War I Beyer Mess Kit/30th Inf. Div.

I have a World War I mess kit listed on Ebay, which has the name and initials of L.M. Beyer, who was a member of the 30th Infantry Division during WW I. His first name may have been Leslie or Lester. This division was known as the "Old Hickory Division," named after Andrew Jackson. This person would have had to have been from either Tennessee, North or South Carolina for the 30th Inf. Div. was made up of men from these three states.

If you happen to know this person would love to learn more about him, or see that this mess kit goes back to his family.
