I'm currently living in Hardin County Kentucky. I can't confirm the statement of people from the 1700s but i can add that my great grandmother just passed away on January 18th 2008. Born July 8th 1916. More than likely there is a connection of the family. The family is huge! haha! And most of the bewley ancestors we have live up in Illinois. Have you traced anything up that far?
