I am trying to determine the birthdate of my grandfather, James Ernest Bewley, born in Liverpool somewhere between 1885-1895. He came to the States around 1913-1915 after having served with the White Star Line. He was naturalized a U.S. citizen around 1915 and married Ruth Pinel in May of 1921 settling in the Boston area. Any information about James Ernest Bewley or his father, Joseph Bewley who married Esther Lyon around 1854 would be appreciated.
