I have heard that the genealogy data on the Bewleys of Cumberland is very inpressive, but so far others who have told me that they have tried to find my family of Bewleys the document, have been unsuccessful. My Bewleys are as follows:
1.Joseph Bewley (abt 1787) in St Bees, Cumberland married Jane ??
2. Jane Bewley (abt 1833)in Arlecdon, Cumberland, married Joseph Fisher resulting in 8 children which I have details on.
2. Mary Bewley (abt 1829)
2. Joseph Bewley (abt 1831 in Arlecdon, married Margaret ?? from Seaton, resulting in 5 children which I have some details on, all born in Frizington or Arlecdon between 1860 and 1869.
3. Joweph Bewley (Oct 1860, Arlecdon) married Elizabeth ??
3. John Bewley (1863 Frizington)
3. William Bewley (1864 Frizington)
3. Jane A Bewley (1865 Frizington)
3. Annie F. Bewley (1869)
2. Elizabeth Bewley (abt 1838)
2. John Bewley (abt 1840)
2. William Bewley (abt 1842)
2. Ann Bewley (abt 1846)
2. Hannah Bewley (abt 1834)
