I think I have the information you are looking for. My grandmother was Opal (Bevis) Menefee. I have information from the Bevis family bible. Her brother was Charles Denman Bevis was born June 8, 1878 and died Feb. 8, 1957. He was married to Elizabeth Bartmiss on July 20, 1899 in Alva, OK. They had 6 children. Cecil Perry Bevis was born May 12, 1905. I hope this helps.
