Greetings from Sydney, Australia!

My father - James Valentine Bevis - migrated to Australia from England in 1920.

His family consisted of:

Sidney Thomas Bevis (father)
Emily Priscilla (Johnson)Bevis (Mother)
Sidney Johnson Bevis
Florence Emily Grace Bevis (later Fleck)
James Valentine Bevis
Cecil George Bevis

Incidentally, we pronounce the family name 'Bevis' as in 'Beverley'. Not as in 'Beevis'.

I understand that prior to migration, the family lived in Manor Park, London.
