Looking for any information on this Bevers line:
William Bevers (b. 1805 in KY) married to ? McWilliams and then Elizabeth Mattney.
Children of William are: Nancy Bevers Smith, Emerine Bevers Sheehan, Sarah E. Bevers, JOHN BEVERS, James Bevers, Charlie Bevers, Willie Bevers Mary Ann Bevers Taylor, George Bevers, Luiza Bevers.
Children of JOHN BEVERS and Margaret Haycraft are William Bevers, Sarah Bevers Sheehan, Mansford Crittenden Bevers, James Bevers, John Marion Bevers.
Many of the Bevers moved from KY to Jersey and Shelby county IL in the 1860-1870's. Some later moved on to SD, some stayed in IL.
A clue as to where in Ky the Bevers were from would be great. Although any information whatsoever is appreciated. We have hit the brick wall on this one.
