Assuming Mary Keeble was not his wife, which is what the above mssg states, then he had two wives, Margaret (Mary) and Catherine. I am finding online all kinds of arrangements of his offspring among various wives - you get that 'i'm my own grandpa' feeling after a while, what with the marriages with the Robinsons (which is the line i am researching - daughter Catherine married a Robinson). Here is a tombstone inscription for Mary

Here lyeth interred the bodi of Mrs. Mary Beverley, wife of Major Robert Beverley. Mother of nine Sonnes and three Daughters who departed from this life the 1st day of June, 1678, Aged fortie one yeares three months, having been married to him 12 years 2 months and was A careful Mother teaching Vertuous life Happy and making happy when a wife Religious to example, may all strive To immitate her vertues whilst alive.

So we need to find 12 children for her, nine of them male.
