Hello Suzy,

I am a descendent of the Beverly Family from Bertie County, NC. I would be most interested in any information that you will share. I do have that Maj. Robert Beverly m. Mary Keeble and they had son, John who m. Ann (?) or Margaret Williams, these are questionable. I have John "Lige" Elijah(?)Beverly, Jr. b. 1708 as son of John. So assumed that the John is also an Elijah. Then I have Elijah Beverly, Sr. b. 1758 and another record that he was born 15 May 1762 m. Mary "Polly" Freeman who had son Elijah, Jr., b. 1803 m. Nancy Hamilton. They had son John Manerce Beverly b. 1857 m. Margaret Stanley. They had son Toby Waggoner Beverly, my father, m. Eva Ann Powers.
