Am trying to locate the names of Archibald Beveridge's parents. He was born about 1764 in Dalgetty, Fife. He married Betty McNeish.
I am also trying to find out any information on living conditions in Fordel during this time and later in 1800's. Archibald was a coalminer, as were his children.
