Matilda Bevan is listed in a Morrow family Bible as marrying Charles Huffman Morrow on June 14, 1858. He was born Nov. 21, 1839,
probably in or near Carlisle, Noble Co, OH. In the 1850's several of his brothers and sisters married people from Monroe, Noble, and Washington Counties, OH; Matilda Bevan was most likely from that area, too. I've no record of where they were after marriage. He probably served in the Civil War (he had brothers, brothers-in-law, and many cousins who were Union soldiers). After the war, the Morrow family went west and scattered across Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, and Kansas.
