William and Ann Bevan Schuylkill County, PA

Hello,
I'm looking for my Great Grandfather William Bevan. His wife's name was Anna (sorry I don't know her maiden name)
they lived Schuylkill, Pa.
they had about five children one of them was my grandfather,
Herbert Preston Bevan born April 1915. I believe he had and older brother named William and a sister name Catherine
there may have been one other sister named Clara.

I know that my Great grandfather came from wales
if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciated it.
Tips are really welcome on how to find relatives that just seem to disappear into thin air.
