Josiah Bivans and Nancy are Williams parents.
Josiah was born abt 1775 in Sussex co. DE. He move to Ross co. OH in 1810 and on to Franklin co. OH in 1812. Josiah and Nancy had
11 Children.
Josiah's father was Hezekiah Bevans. He was born to John and Mary Bevans of Worcester co. Maryland.
