If you can find either of these books, they supposedly have much about the Bevans. "The Welsh Settlement of Pennsylvania" by Browning and "Merion in the Welsh Tract" by Glenn . These were given to me as sources. I have not looked for the books and the notes I got are about 50 years old so the books may be hard to track down, but maybe not. Hope this helps
