John Bevan b. about 1646 in Treverigg, Llantrissant, Glamorganshire, Wales, migrated to America as leader of a band of Welsh settlers. Settled on Penn grant in Merion in the Welsh Tract, PA, SE PA. His wife was Barbara Aubrey. They returned to their home in Wales and died there. Both lines go back to English royalty and the Welsh kings. If you want more information, I can provide quite a lot, but none about the parish you mention. John Bevan came from an old, landed family in Wales.
