So glad to hear back from you. Adeline Potter/Betz is the sister of my great grandfather. She would be my gr. aunt. No, I Fred and Adeline did not have any other children-other than Charles lived with them.
I picked this stuff up over the years off the internet. Find a census and found out Fred was from Ohio. Then find the marriage record in Ks.etc...The pictures of course from the museum. Do you want copies of the pictures?
I am in Boise, Idaho.
Do you know Fred Betz parents names and where in Ohio they are from? Since Adeline and Fred are not my direct line of family, I did not keep real good records. They aren't your direct line either. We are not related, just have relatives in common.
I appreciate the background on Charles Frederick. I think I found his grave in Los Angeles once but was not sure it was him and therefore did not record it.
Would you ask the other relative you are in touch with if anyone in the family would happen to have any pictures of Adeline Potter/Betz? I have the address(somewhere) of the museum in Co. I have sent them all the lineage I have of the Potter/Betz families in case others came looking. They would welcome information you could add.
