Father of William Henry Betz..anyone know??

I have information on William Henry Betz, my 3rd great grandfather, but don't know the name of his father. William was born in Northumberland Co. PA probably on 7 Aug, 1800, married Mary Catherine Imler (b. 15 Aug 1796 in Dutch Corner, Bedford Co. PA) on 24 November 1822 in Pickaway Co. OH. They both died in Keokuk Co. IA in 1871/1876 respectively. They had at least 10 children: Isaac Imler, Israel, Caroline, Margaret B., John Allen, Julia Ann, Ira Charles, William Henry Harrison, Elizabeth and Lydia Ann.

I have Conrad Betz as a possibility for the father of William Henry Betz. Can anyone tell me yea or nay?
