Looking for links or info. on my g-g-grandmother, Susan Bettinger or Bettingen. She was b. 1834 in Prussia, daughter of Nicholas Bettinger or Bettingen, and Barbara Fromal. She immigrated to NY 1843-50, and lived in the Albany or Buffalo area. First married a man, surname Nauert, and had a daughter, Susan. Second husband, Michael Johaan Breidenbach, from Bavaria. Moved to NYC in about 1858. They had 4 sons and a daughter in NY. Have decendant detail, and would love to share. Need more on her ancestors, and her origins.
