I am looking for any info on my grandfather Charles Febos Bettencourt of CA ( his father/mother may originally be from Puerto Rico). He was born 8-10-1909 and died 12-19-43. His fathers last name was Bettencourt and his mothers maiden name was Febos. My grandmother says he may have a brother named Paul Bettencourt in NY or Mass. Any help posted or emailed to me would be appreciated! Thank you-E.B.
