Hi,
To all Bettencourts and other spellings of the name, let me introduce myself. My name is Alexandre Burmester, I am Portuguese and I am the current Viscount Bettencourt, a title granted to my great-great-grandfather Joao de Bettencourt Vasconcelos Correia e Avila, born Terceira, Azores 17 Aug 1835, d. 1903. His name, and those of his descendants down to my grand-mothers (they were sisters)appear on the Bettencourt Family 1200-1900 web page. I am also the representative of the Bettencourt Vasconcelos Correia e Avila family.
