Bethell Family - Gloucestershire to Wiltshire - late 1700's to early 1800's

I have recently discovered my ancestor "Edward William Bethell", born c1791 in Painswick, Gloucestershire, and residing in Wiltshire as in the following census info.
Also, he was married to Amelia Smith.
