I have wondered the same thing, where are the originals.
However, HIGGINSON BOOK COMPANY at www.higginsonbooks.com will sell the vols. seperately. I ordered Vol III (Bethea) and the index this past summer.

I look forward to hearing if anyone knows where the originals are located.
