Hi! Yes we are kin. Distant but kin none the less. Met your relative,possibly uncle or father Francisco Betancourt of the Aguadilla area, this past Nov.
Francisca and I are 1st. Cousins. Her parents Quintin B/D and Emilia M
Mine: Alex Rivera and Buenaventura B/D
Working on this and hopefully will be able to give you more info soon. I am greatly interested in the Calif. side. Hilda
