Richard....If you haven't done this already, go to: www.ancestry.com and enter his full name and birth/death info. A lot of listings will be there. If you don't have access to Ancestry, you can request lookups on any of the individual listing you might be interested in here:

It appears he died in Florida in 1941. Maybe you could locate an obituary for him there?
