Need information for Charles Henri Bessette

Looking for any information about my Great Grandfather Charles Henri Bessette, born 1867 in St Hyacynthe Quebec Canada and was in Cohoes/Waterford NY by 1880's. He was married to Mary Louise Robitaille who immigrated to teh Cohoes area circa 1874 +/-. He was a meat cutter and died 1927 and is buried in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford NY.

I am looking for birth and parental info and any immigration records anyone might have.
