Nikki= You are talking about my gggrandmother and gggrandfather. I know very little about his first marriage. Could not even find the oldest daughter's name for sure. I'm not sure, but she may have married in the county of Lavaca, Tx. Her uncle, Matthew Lex Bessent lived in the town of Medina, Bandera County, Tx. Uncle Matt's children live in the counties just to the north. I have had a note from his gggrandson. Have been busy and have not had time to get back to him.
