Amanda Izza Belle Beshears (12/9/1856 - 7/2/1926) and William Blassingame Bagwell (10/16/1853 - 10/11/1928) of Forsyth Co., GA were my great, great grandparents. I have been told by a heretofore reliable source that Amanda's parents were Alexander Beshears and Mary Jane Williams. Alexander Beshears died while serving in the CSA Army 38th Reg., GA Vol. Inf.?). Any info you have on this branch of the Beshears family would be much appreciated.
