Daniel - I am definately interested in Berwick's from the UK. My paternal line traces back to Fifeshire, Scotland in the late 1700's. I would like to determine how many different Berwick lines originated in the UK. If our y-chromosones are a close match, we will know that we descend from a recent common ancestor. If we get very different results, that would indicate there are at least two different lines. As the number of participants grows, we will get a better picture of the various Berwick lines. I hope you decide to join the project!
