The book that I have was put out by
L'Association Des Familles Berube of Quebec in 1988 , the book has 529 pages and I paid 25.00 for a soft cover. There is an associatio of Berubes in Canada, The Address I gave you was for that assocation.
The Berube Book has Charles-Francois Berube and Theole Fournier as the parents of Augustin Berube. Outher brouthers to Charles are Andre, Jean-Bte, Anselme, Aristobule, Pascal, and Firmin.
Damien Berube came from Normandy. His ancestors had their origin among the Scandinavian.
Damien Berube was baptized in the old church of Rocquefort, Fauville township on Feb 2, 1647
Damien left Dieppe, France in June 1671 on the Saint Jean-Baptiste / and settled in 1672 east of Quebec at Riviere-Ouelle
