My given name at birth was Michael Berube.
I was born on 8/17/61 in the City of New York, Queens County. Both parents were 17 yrs old and Catholic.
Mother had 8 siblings. No info on father. I was adopted at the age of 2 at the Children's Aid Society of New York. This is all the info I was given. If anyone has any info for me please let me know.
