Better late than never. Hopefully this finds a family connection somewhere out there. My grandfather was Glen Leonard Bertrand and was the brother of Roscoe Bertrand who dies tragically in a fire years ago in Portland Oregon. Are you a Bertrand as well? My Grandfather as i said was Glen Bertrand who passed away in 2001. He was a resident of Sheridan Wyoming where he had moved as a child from IL.
