I too am a descendant of Henri Bertrand. My research show Henri had two sons, and one was named Jean Bertrand. My name full name is Jean Bertrand Slater. Somewhere along the way Jean Bertrand or another family member came to the US and settled in Kentucky. Another one of my relatives was Jean Bertrand Davezac. He had a son or relative named Alexander who went on to be the Treasurer of Kentucky.
I am interested to learn more about my family history, do you have any info which can help.
