Am looking to contact people descended from Jean Baptiste Bertrand Sr. who came from Champagne, France, in 1790 with the French 500 and settled in the Scioto County area of Ohio. My branch ended up in Southeastern Kansas and descends from John Bertrand Jr. who married Mary Hard.
