christ. 20 Jul 1786, Mackinac, MI. married around 1804, ratified at Detroit 13 Aug 1818,died 08 Sep 1865, St. Mary's Pottawatomie, KS buried there in the catholic cemetery. Parents Joseph Laurent Bertrand and Marie Theresa Dulignon. Madeleine Bourassa Bertrand, born 1781, near Portage Landing, St. Joseph, MI. Died Bertrand, Berrien, MI, 14 Oct 1846. Father Daniel Bourassa Sr. mother Pottawattomie woman. Children: Joseph
