Where is my branch on the family tree?

HI, I am A Bertholf in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
I was wondering if someone could tell me if I am somehow related to someone or whatever. I don't know much about my family tree but I am really interested in the bertholf crest and where we are from and stuff like that.
my grandfather was Harold Bertholf(Ohio), and my father is Rick(ie) Harold Bertholf...
Can anyone help me find out about my history?
