My branch comes from southwestern PA, specifically Waynesburg, Greene County. My name is Michael Berryhill (currently reside in Frisco Texas). My father is Richard George Berryhill. His father was Georage Albert Berryhill. George's father was Albert Black Berryhill. Albert's father was Charles Berryhill. I think Charles' father was also a Charles.
What i cannot seem to figure out is how we got to Green County PA. Did we come from the original families in the Lancaster, Harrisburg area or did we come from the branch that went south and then relocated to the Greene County, OHIO area. Grene county Ohio and Greene County PA are two different places.
Does anyone have any insight how the southwestern PA Berryhills first arrived there? Thanks in advance and my compliments to all the work so many of you have put into this.
