Please read my original posting regarding the problems with the Bernier ancestry beyond Jacques. It, and subsequent postings, explains what needs to be done to gather additional information. I don't think that you completely understood my messages. The genealogy beyond Yves as has been promulgated by Cyrille for over 40 years is FALSE; not true, not provable etc. He was still living when I posted the original message and, sadly, it is obvious that he does not wish to respond to something which might compromise his integrity as a genealogist. Likewise obvious is that he has nothing to offer in defense of this line. We can all keep on pretending or realize the work that is before us and "dig in". Am happy to hear your thoughts on this.
