Hello descendants of Jacques dit Paris! First, I wanted to thank all those who've responded to some of my questions, to my email directly or to this forum.
I am currently in production on a personal documentary video about my ancestors, particularly the French Canadians who migrated from the L'Islet region to the Brunswick, Maine, area. My line goes straight back to Jacques and his father Yves, then backwards:
1. Charles, b. 1662
2. Isidore, b. 1690s
3. Basile-Hebert (aka: Joseph Albert or Albert), b. 1735
4. Isidore Pascal, b. 1778
5. Isidore Paschal, b. 1810
6. Alfred, b. 1851 (first to leave CAN, went to Michigan, then ME)
7. Wilfred, b. 1889 (first one born in US)
8. Joseph Aristide, b. 1921
9. Joseph Donald, b. 1943
10. (Me) Donald Joseph, b. 1970
I am specifically looking for anyone out there who may have historical photographs, drawings, records, etc., associated to these individuals. I would love to incorporate additional materials into this project.
