Can anyone verify the birthdate of Julia "Julie" Emond Bernier daughter of Charles Marie Bernier Jr and Julie Jalbert?

The birthdate that I have is 1797 but her parents marriage did not take place until 29 Oct 1810 in Cap St-Ignace, Montmagny, Quebec. That would make her birth 13 years prior to her parents marriage which I don't believe actually happened. The death date of Julia "Julie" is 4 Feb 1904.
