I trying to find information about my Bernier Family Tree. My grandfather was Ernest Barney. He was born in Vermont in 1899. A mixup at the hospital changed his name to Barney. He married Hilda Jane Nutbrown in June 1918.
His father's name was Charles Bernier and his mother's name was Lucia .
My grandfather's brothers were named Kenneth Bernier, Gerald Bernier and Albert Bernier. His brothers moved to upstate New York. My
grandfather's family came to Vermont from Quebec Canada. Do you have any information
about this Canada Bernier family.
