My GGG grandfather was Martin Isaac Bernier. He was born around 1800 in Orleans, France. He came to south Louisiana and in 1822 married Domitile Gautreaux. They lived in St. James Parish (county) Louisiana, USA.He was a justice of the peace. They had 6 children before he died in 1833. I will gladly swap info.
